Run the python code:

• Install python3 and the venv module on your system (instructions differ by OS)
• Create a virtual environment: python3 -m venv venv (in the repository)
• Install packages into the environment: ./venv/bin/pip install -r requirements.txt
• Run estimate.py like this: ./venv/bin/python estimate.py
